PowerDVD - system compatibility

I\'m troubleshooting why playback will not work.  I\'ve,\'Powerdvd 4.0.\' I\'ve an \'AMD Duron(tm) processor.\'   I\'ve 192 RAM. Are these compatible? If you need more info, I can supply that.

 Thanks for your message.I suggest that you can unistall it and install it .ok?

We strongly recommend that you upgrade your software to PowerDVD 6, which is more powerful and has better compatibility.
