I have own PowerDVD 6 standard, Can I upgrade PowerDVD 6 standard to Deluxe?

Sure, you can.

Follow this to upgrade your software:
1. You can Open the upgrade Information dialog box by the following methods:
Click " " next to the Control Wheel.
Press F3.
Click " " ( Configration ), then click Upgrade to open a window displaying the available options.
2. Click " Upgrade to PowerDVD 6 Deluxe.
3. A web brower window opens, in which you can order product upgrades.
